On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced commissioning manager for assignments in power and energy infrastructure. The assignment is aimed at those who have solid experience in the commissioning of electrical installations and who have worked with or within Svenska kraftnät, E.ON, Ellevio or Vattenfall.

The role involves significant technical responsibility and is suitable for you who are confident in leading commissioning work in complex facilities with high demands on safety, quality, and documentation.

As a commissioning manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the commissioning of electrical installations, often in projects with multiple parties involved. You act as a central link between project management, contractors, operations organization, and clients.

• Lead and coordinate commissioning work within power and energy facilities

• Plan commissioning activities, testing, and connections

• Ensure that the work is carried out according to applicable requirements, standards, and safety regulations

• Collaborate with project management, contractors, operational staff, and authorities

• Establish, review, and follow up on commissioning and testing documentation

• Be responsible for handover to the operations organization

• Participate in troubleshooting and actions related to commissioning

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and electrical safety requirements

• Several years of experience as a commissioning manager in the power or energy sector

• Documented experience from projects for or with Svenska kraftnät, E.ON, Ellevio or Vattenfall

• Good knowledge of high and/or medium voltage installations

• Experience with relay protection, control systems, and testing is an advantage

• Good understanding of contracting forms and technical regulations

• Confident leader with the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Structured, meticulous, and safety-conscious

• Strong collaboration skills and clear communication

• Solution-oriented and accustomed to handling complex technical environments

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• A driving license (B) is often a requirement

• Possibility of travel within the assignment may occur
